Souvent, les personnes ayant une faible estime de soi ont des pens\u00e9es n\u00e9gatives sur elles-m\u00eames. Pens\u00e9es n\u00e9gatives telles que \u00ab\u00a0je ne suis pas assez bon\u00a0\u00bb, \u00ab\u00a0je suis un \u00e9chec\u00a0\u00bb, \u00ab\u00a0personne ne m&rsquo;aime\u00a0\u00bb. Ces pens\u00e9es peuvent \u00eatre profond\u00e9ment ancr\u00e9es dans l&rsquo;esprit et difficiles \u00e0 changer sans <strong>aide ext\u00e9rieure.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>L&rsquo;hypnose<\/strong> peut aider \u00e0 identifier ces <strong>pens\u00e9es n\u00e9gatives<\/strong> et <strong>les remplacer par des pens\u00e9es positives<\/strong>. Pendant une s\u00e9ance d&rsquo;hypnose, l&rsquo;hypnoth\u00e9rapeute peut aider la personne \u00e0 visualiser des situations dans lesquelles elle se sent <strong>valoris\u00e9e <\/strong>et <strong>confiante<\/strong>. Et  aussi \u00e0 utiliser cette visualisation pour <strong>renforcer l&rsquo;estime de soi. <\/strong>En se concentrant sur les aspects positifs de soi, la personne peut commencer \u00e0 <strong>voir ses qualit\u00e9s<\/strong> et ses comp\u00e9tences de mani\u00e8re plus positive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En outre, l&rsquo;hypnose peut aider \u00e0 <strong>se d\u00e9barrasser des croyances limitantes <\/strong>qui affectent l&rsquo;estime de soi. Les croyances limitantes sont des pens\u00e9es n\u00e9gatives qui limitent la fa\u00e7on dont une personne per\u00e7oit sa capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 r\u00e9ussir ou \u00e0 atteindre ses objectifs. Par exemple, une personne peut penser qu&rsquo;elle n&rsquo;est pas assez intelligente pour obtenir un emploi qu&rsquo;elle d\u00e9sire. En faisant cela, la personne peut <strong>commencer \u00e0 voir <\/strong>qu&rsquo;elle a les <strong>comp\u00e9tences<\/strong> et les <strong>capacit\u00e9s<\/strong> n\u00e9cessaires pour <strong>r\u00e9ussir.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Enfin, l&rsquo;hypnose peut aider \u00e0 <strong>renforcer la confiance en soi <\/strong>en <strong>am\u00e9liorant l&rsquo;image de soi. <\/strong>Une faible estime de soi peut conduire \u00e0 une mauvaise image de soi. La personne se per\u00e7oit  alors de mani\u00e8re n\u00e9gative. L&rsquo;hypnose peut aider \u00e0 <strong>am\u00e9liorer<\/strong> cette<strong> image de soi<\/strong> en aidant la personne \u00e0 visualiser une image positive d&rsquo;elle-m\u00eame.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lorsque la personne se voit sous un jour positif, elle peut commencer \u00e0 se comporter de mani\u00e8re plus confiante et positive, ce qui peut \u00e0 son tour renforcer l&rsquo;estime de soi. En travaillant avec un hypnoth\u00e9rapeute, la personne peut apprendre \u00e0 <strong>maintenir cette image de soi positive \u00e0 long terme<\/strong>.
